Painted while meditating on Jeremiah 17:7-8 and Ps. 1: 1-3. The painting is mixed media and acrylic using pages from an old bible for the bark of the tree. The verses framing the image read: “By Wisdom the Lord laid the earth’s foundations. Blessed is the man whose confidence is (who trusts) in the Lord. He will be like a (thriving) tree planted by the water.”
